My Job, My Passion!

Between teaching, collaborating and using cool tech tools, I'm not sure which I love the most! 
I went from a special education resource teacher to a Personalized Learning Coach last year.     
Switching from student focus to teacher focus was a transition, but I love the change! 
This year, I'm still working in Personalized Learning schools, but I get to focus more on the technology component of the student centered classroom.  

My Mission Statement: 

I coach to help teachers meet the diverse needs of all students.  I coach teachers and leaders to discover ways of working and being in the 21st Century with a positive attitude that brings communities together and that result in productive outcomes for all stakeholders.  I coach people to find their own strengths and to encourage others so we can transform our education system by producing productive future leaders in our ever changing society.

I'm posting my mission statement as a sign of commitment.
My goal is to use this blog to document, reflect and share what I've learned from teachers, students, coaches and educators in my #PLN. I'll also use this as a home page for resources I use to train/coach teachers and students.
